What is the New pro?

MSG (Mono Sodium Glutamate) is produced by fermentation process.
Mainly selected wild microorganism were utilized to produce MSG which could be produced lots of amino acids through fermentation.

Main microorganism to produce Glutamic acid

- Corynebacterium glutamicum(micrococcus glutamicus.
- Corynebacterium
- Brevibacterium
- Microbacterium
- Arthrobacter

Most of these are similar to C.glutamicum.
MSG & Lysine production process is very similar but main microorganism are different. MSG is mainly utilize wild microorganism and Lysine is mainly use modified microorganism.
New-Pro is produces by MSG by-product and Palm kernel Meal through Tube Bundle Dryer.
